Odisha Chief Secretary Anu Garg has forgotten her mother tongue Hindi staying in Odisha and speaking Odia. While she fumbled in speaking in Hindi while briefing media persons about the State Cabinet decisions on Monday. She, however, spoke well in Odia and English.
